Products and Services
Two-7 Apparel provides custom apparel, merch, teamwear, client storefronts, group orders, and related services. Product availability, colors, sizes, pricing, production timelines, and customization options may vary.
We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products, services, pricing, or website content at any time.
Custom Orders
Many orders are custom-made or personalized. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including product type, size, color, quantity, spelling, names, numbers, artwork, logos, and design proofs when provided.
Once a custom order is approved or production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Proofs and Approvals
When a proof is provided, production will not begin until the proof is approved, unless otherwise agreed. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed the design, spelling, placement, colors, and order details.
Two-7 Apparel is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Artwork and Logos
By submitting artwork, logos, designs, names, phrases, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and authorize Two-7 Apparel to use it for your order.
You agree not to submit content that infringes on another party’s intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or other rights.
Colors and Product Variations
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and design details accurately. However, colors may vary due to screen settings, product materials, printing methods, dye lots, and production processes.
Product images, mockups, and digital proofs are visual guides and may not be exact representations of the final product.
Order Timelines
Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise. Timelines may be affected by proof approvals, product availability, order size, shipping delays, supplier delays, or other factors outside our control.
For client storefronts, team shops, fundraiser shops, members-only shops, or group stores, posted order deadlines, pickup dates, and production timelines will apply to those orders.
Shipping and Pickup
Shipping and pickup details are governed by our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
If pickup is offered, customers are responsible for reviewing pickup details and collecting their order within the provided timeframe.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Because many products are custom-made, personalized, or produced for a specific group, returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be limited.
Custom items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production error, damage, or another issue approved by Two-7 Apparel.

Client Storefronts and Group Orders
Some products may be sold through client storefronts, team shops, fundraiser shops, members-only shops, or group order pages. These orders may have specific deadlines, pickup dates, shipping options, or special instructions.
